To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of the date you received the product.
- Certain items such as personal care items (e.g., baby toiletries) or products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Please note: We are not responsible for items lost in transit when being returned.
